Unlike other development services, we don’t charge you based on number of hours worked or projects completed. The price you pay when you sign up is the price you pay forever, no matter how little or often you use us.

Every request you submit goes into your queue. Our dev team pulls from that queue every day and gets to work.

We will work on one small task at a time. Once the update is given our dev team will automatically move to the next task in the queue. Small is anything that is defined by us to be less than 1 hour to complete, including communication.

Like having regular checkups at the doctor’s office to ensure you stay healthy, by having a support & maintenance contract your website is continually reviewed and kept up to date with the latest security patches as well as ensuring that your site is performing to industry standards. Technical issues can arise with any website. We will thoroughly examine your website for any bugs or errors, saving you from the fearful cost and worry of an “emergency room” situation.

You can cancel at anytime your subscription directly in your account or by asking us to cancel it over the chat support. There is no contract for subscription, you are free to cancel and re-subscribe when you want.
